Innovation

Our projects are not isolated experiments. They are the proving ground for a single mission-driven roadmap: from connected ecosystems, to trustworthy intelligence, to measurable impact in everyday life.

The technology lines begin with the secure IoT ecosystems that shaped our first flagship initiative <<The ACTIVAGE Project>> and ultimately led to the creation of the Activage Association.

From that foundation, we have built a clear development pathway: adding layers of artificial intelligence, validating solutions through real-world pilots across Europe, and advancing technologies purpose-built to support longevity and Active & Healthy Ageing.

At the core is a disciplined principle: data is only valuable when it is contextual, interoperable, and actionable. That is why our innovation is anchored in ecosystem-based data acquisition—generated through the deployments and projects we participate in—and translated into trusted services that improve autonomy, safety, and quality of life at scale.

Activage

Connected ecosystems for independent living.

Technology line of development
We advance interoperable, secure IoT-based care ecosystems that capture daily- life signals in the home and connect them to services, caregivers, and regional delivery models. This is the infrastructure layer for ageing in place: real-world data acquisition, service orchestration, and scalable operating models—built for deployment across diverse European contexts.

Why we participate
Because longevity at scale depends on systems, not standalone devices. ACTIVAGE established the practical foundations—interoperability, adoption, governance, and service integration—that our newer products and AI-enabled services build on.

Mission link:
Transforms innovation into deployable ecosystems that protect autonomy, safety, and quality of life for older adults.

TeleRehaB DSS

AI decision support for mobility and falls prevention.

Technology line of development
We develop AI-enabled decision support for rehabilitation pathways that operate across clinical and home settings. The focus is functional longevity: detecting risk, personalising interventions, and improving continuity of care—so prevention and recovery become accessible, measurable, and scalable beyond the clinic.

Why we participate
Falls and mobility loss are direct threats to independence. This project strengthens our AI and care-pathway capabilities where outcomes matter most: maintaining function, reducing risk, and enabling safer, longer independent living.

Mission link:
Extends our autonomy-first model from monitoring into actionable, preventative care pathways.

DOME EU

Trusted marketplaces for digital health and care services.

Technology line of development
We build the “access layer” of longevity innovation: a trusted marketplace framework that helps people and organisations discover, compare, and adopt validated services—supported by reliable cloud/edge foundations. This line reduces fragmentation and turns ecosystem capability into real-world uptake..

Why we participate
The market is crowded, but adoption remains the bottleneck. DOME strengthens how we package and scale services with trust, governance, and user-centric selection—so evidence-based solutions can reach citizens and care systems faster.

Mission link:
Makes healthy longevity solutions easier to access—reducing friction from innovation to impact.

FAITH

Trustworthy AI—proven in real-world pilots.

Technology line of development
We advance trustworthy AI practices for critical domains: methods to evidence reliability, safety, transparency, and human oversight in deployed settings. This line ensures AI models are not only performant, but operationally credible—fit for healthcare environments where confidence, accountability, and governance are non-negotiable..

Why we participate
AI will increasingly guide prevention and care pathways, but trust is the prerequisite for scale. FAITH helps us strengthen how we validate AI in practice—so our AI-enabled services can be adopted responsibly by regions, providers, and citizens.

Mission link:
Protects dignity and safety by making AI in care systems demonstrably reliable and human-centric.

GRACE (IHI JU)

Cardiovascular innovation for measurable longevity outcomes.

Technology line of development
We build capability in high-impact clinical domains—starting with cardiovascular care—where innovation can materially shift population-level longevity. This line connects advanced analytics and system integration to real care pathways, enabling better detection, coordination, and long-term management within complex health ecosystems.

Why we participate
Healthy longevity requires progress in the conditions that drive preventable loss of healthy life years. GRACE strengthens our ability to operate at the intersection of clinical pathways, technology validation, and multi-stakeholder scaling—consistent with our ecosystem-first approach.

Mission link:
Advances integrated care pathways that sustain autonomy and quality of life through better long-term health management.

ENKORE

Sustainable, circular healthcare by design.

Technology line of development
We develop sustainable innovation capacity for healthcare environments through circular, eco-designed approaches to medical and pharmaceutical devices and packaging. This line embeds sustainability into the innovation lifecycle—supporting safer, future-proof healthcare operations without compromising performance.

Why we participate
Longevity is a long game—so the systems that support it must be resilient. ENKORE expands our strategic framework to include sustainability as a core deployment constraint and opportunity, aligning innovation with future procurement, regulation, and public value.

Mission link:
Strengthens the long-term viability of health and care systems that underpin healthy ageing.

Esc@la Salut (PAIDO)

Early prevention as the foundation of longevity.

Technology line of development
We advance digital prevention and behaviour-change platforms that connect school and family environments and translate clinical evidence into daily routines—nutrition, physical activity, and healthy leisure—supported through engaging, structured experiences. This line treats longevity as life-course health capital, not a late-life intervention.

Why we participate
Active and healthy ageing begins early. Esc@la Salut extends our ecosystem thinking upstream, strengthening our capability in prevention, engagement, and real-world programme delivery—capabilities that ultimately reduce later-life risk and support longer autonomy.

Mission link:
Builds healthier trajectories earlier in life to enable longer, more independent, higher-quality ageing.
